The
prices displayed on this Website are quoted in U.S.Currency ($), however we
also accept payments in Indian Rupees (INR) and Euros (€), conversion
will be done by the payment processing company WORLDPAY, which is a part of The
Royal Bank of Scotland Group. The option for making payments in INR and GBP are
given at the time of filling billing details. We're constantly checking prices
to bring you the best deals. If you find the same product for a lower price at
any other e-commerce site, we'll pay you the difference in our 'Pay the
Difference Guarantee'. See Price Match for more

We
accept the following Credit Cards for online purchases:

Out
of Stock Items
Occasionally,
high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we do not have an item
that you've ordered in stock, we will either inform you by Mail or we will
contact you by Phone. Because we do not charge your credit card until we ship
your order, charges for out-of-stock items do not appear on your bill.
Return
Policy
Please note that cancellations have to be made within 12 hours after placing an order.
For cancelling your order, you will have to get in touch with our customer support executive by
sending an email at info@sareekendra.com and giving the reference of your order number, product
details and the price. Orders cannot be cancelled if your ordered package has left our premises
for delivery at your place through couriers or if the product is under alteration to fit your body
shape. No cancellation charges will be payable by you if your product is not under the above said process.
What
is Return Policy of Sareekendra.com?
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit or that a wrong item is delivered to you. In such cases when your ordered item may be damaged during transit or that a wrong item is delivered to you, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made by you within two days from the receipt of the package. Such request should be made by getting in touch with our customer support executive by sending an email at info@sareekendra.com and giving the reference of your order number, product details and the price. On receipt of your parcel, we shall courier a replacement of the same products at our costs provided we find that our products were damaged in transit or that a wrong item was delivered to you. There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items. In case a wrong item is delivered to you, you have the liberty to keep the package which we have mistakenly shipped to you or courier it back to us, whatever you deem fit. We will in any case, courier you your correct ordered dress/package. The product will be accepted for return or replacement only after the products are delivered to our Indian office unused. It will be the responsibility of the customer to choose a safe courier agent and see that the product is delivered to us in time*. Also it is the responsibility of the customer to clear the product from customs in case they are held during return for whatever reasons. As far as our outfits, which are altered as per your specifications/alterations can not be cancelled or refunded, you should appreciate that each outfit ordered online is individually altered as per your body shape and size and made to fit perfectly in accordance to the measurements provided. Also, as far as our outfits, which are not altered, Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management. Sareekendra.com firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the color of actual outfit ordered and that the body measurements supplied by you for alterations will be correct.
Order
Fulfillment Policy
After
you place an order, allow a few business days for us to process the order
(pending credit card). If you have ordered an item that is not available or
that is delayed, we will notify you of the situation via email or phone. When
your order is ready, it is shipped immediately. Please allow 12 working days
(Excluding Saturday and Sunday) for deliveries unless the delivery date is not
specified at the time of purchase. We will not held responsible if the order is
delayed due to unforseen natural calamities. If the customer wants a refund due
to delay caused for the above reason. We will refund 80% of the order value. We
do not stock in bulk, therefore each outfit is unique and customized. We
promptly provide refunds for items that are not available.

Kindly note that the products have to be delivered to our Indian Office within
10 working days from the date of receiving return authorization.
