When will my order be shipped?
An acknowledgement will be sent via e-mail confirming our receipt of your order and the scheduled shipping date. Most items are in stock and will be shipped with in three working days. You will be contacted again if your shipment is delayed for any reason.

What is your return policy?
Please note that cancellations have to be made within 12 hours after placing an order. Orders cannot be cancelled if your ordered package has left our premises for delivery at your place through couriers or if the product is under alteration to fit your body shape. We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit or that a wrong item is delivered to you. In such cases when your ordered item may be damaged during transit or that a wrong item is delivered to you, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made by you within two days from the receipt of the package. Due to the dynamism of this evolution, we shall not be able to accept back your ordered dresses. Do I get Tussels with my saree?
Sarees are normally not supplied with Tussels (Since Tussels are out of fashion). However we will try to send matching Tussels with some sarees if not the same that are displayed on the site. Even if we send Tussels with sarees they will not be attached to the saree. The customer has to attach tussels to the saree if desired.
